What to expect
Before you arrive
Bring comfortable clothing, a list of any medications, and your insurance details if you plan to use coverage. Arrive a few minutes early to complete a short intake form.
During your assessment
Your practitioner reviews your history and goals, then examines how you move. They explain what they find and discuss a treatment plan with you — and treatment can often begin the same day.
After your visit
You leave with a clear plan, any home exercises you need, and a shared understanding of next steps. We review your progress regularly and adjust as you improve.
Insurance & direct billing
Med Wellness Center offers direct billing to many extended health insurance providers where your plan allows it. When direct billing is available, we submit the claim for you and you simply pay any remaining balance at your appointment.
Coverage varies from plan to plan, so we recommend confirming your benefits with us or your insurer before your visit. If you are being treated after a motor vehicle accident or a work-related injury, let us know when you book so we can guide you through the process.
