Submitting the form on our contact page is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only once our team contacts you. Please do not send sensitive medical details through the website form — call us at +1 (905) 605-8889 instead.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged. Our current policy is confirmed with you at your first visit.

Fees are provided before treatment begins. We bill most extended health plans directly where your policy allows it, but coverage, limits and eligibility are set by your insurer — any balance your plan does not cover remains payable by you.

The text, images, branding and layout of this site belong to Med Wellness Physiotherapy & Rehab or are used under licence. You may quote and link to our content with attribution. You may not republish it in bulk or present it as your own.
