What we see from North York
North York is a short drive up Highway 400 and no distance at all in Toronto terms, but we are clear that we are not anyone's local North York clinic. The people who come to us are usually commuting north into Vaughan for work, or have been referred by word of mouth from family already treating with us.
The caseload is dominated by desk and commuting problems: necks and upper backs from long screen days, low backs from long drives, and hips that object to both. It is the most consistently office-shaped group we see, and the plans reflect that — load management, movement frequency and genuine strengthening rather than passive treatment.
We also see a meaningful number of patients here for a second opinion after a course of treatment elsewhere has not worked. In most of those cases the useful thing turns out to be the assessment rather than any new technique — often because the original problem was never actually confirmed.

Physiotherapy in North York — common questions

Yes, and it is a common reason people come to us. The most useful part is usually a full reassessment, since a plan that has not worked frequently rests on a working diagnosis that was never confirmed.
